Xtrordinate was launched by Michelle Lomas with a vision to help early stage companies and small businesses succeed, without the high cost of agencies. Michelle, in collaboration with other reputable and trusted consultants and creatives she has worked with over the years, walk into businesses and transform their strategies to help them grow and scale, while building their brand and relationship with their customers.
Michelle has 16 years’ global leadership experience in both agency and publisher side. She has been Head of Custom Content at Bauer Media Australia and VP, Head of Content & Social at Hearst/iCrossing in New York. She has also led Brand Partnerships divisions in top media agencies such as Mediabrands and Mediacom.
She is also currently the General Manager of a podcast production company Ampel, that is also focused on helping brands benefit from podcasts, as well as helping creators grow and monetise their content.
In her career she has created highly successful marketing strategies for some of the largest brands in the world such as Microsoft, PepsiCo, Target, Unilever
and Hyundai, as well as worked with some of Australia's largest advertisers
such as Coles, Australian Defence Force, and Bunnings. And it is these years of learning and experience that she brings to the table, to even the playing field and help brands win.
