And we immediately saw conversions increase, and drop off decrease from 80% to 5%.

Confidence Club are one of the leading retailers of adult incontinence products in Australia. The business had seen rapid growth over the last 12 months, and was eager to scale to other markets. But they knew they needed some help with their marketing before they did. The business was almost exclusively lower funnel, and the brand itself lacked loyalty or unaided awareness. We built them a brand new, empathetic positioning, around Delivering Confidence When It Counts, and a new content strategy that would help connect to their customers at a more empathetic level. All while displaying confidence and empowering those with incontinence issues to live their life to the full and not hold back.
